My children still believe in Santa Claus. My twins, Tatiana and William, will be 10 next month and I have a feeling that this will be the last year that they willbelieve in Santa. I am surprised that they do especially since about half of their class does not, but it is also very sweet and makes it fun for me. I stopped believing when I was 7 or 8, but I was mature for my age and saw my mother putting presents out. My 4 year old believes, but he is so young that he just likes to get presents and I don't think he really cares yet, as long as he gets toys, lol! I sent my kids letters from Santa via email so that they would behave, and it actually had an effect and they did their chores and behaved much better! I actually have children who are very well-behaved and sweet overall, but they push it a bit, especially when they see what their friends with more lenient parents get away with(and on many levels, I think that I am an old softy! Do your children still believe in Santa Claus? If they do not believe in him anymore, at what age did they stop believing and how did they find out? Merry Christmas everybody!

Mine are 10 and 11 this year. They do not believe this year. I am actually happy about that. They will still need to go to bed at a reasonable hour and will not be able to come down stairs in the morning until mom and dad are ready. Now they really have to be good this coming year.

My two youngest are 9 and 11. They are both pretty sure there is no Santa but at Christmas time they believe. I tell them if they don't believe he will not leave them a gift so they don't want to take any chances. LOL I was 5 when my mom told me there was no Santa and I am very surprized at the number of children that still believe in Santa at ages 8, 9, 10 and higher.

| We believe in our house!!!!!! My 8 year-old DS questioned me this year about Santa, but after discussions, he's pretty sure all his friends are wrong! He also got a telephone call from Santa on Christmas Eve (found it online) and Santa knew all about him, so he's convinced! His eyes were as big as saucers during that call. It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. |
