My kids insisted on putting the cookies on the coffee table for Santa along with his milk.
My Basset Hound's nose got the best of her and she managed to get her lazy self off her dog bed and waddle over and snatch up the cookies.
She then has the nerve to walk into the office and stare at me licking her chops.
I immediately went to look and found the missing cookies. My kids laughed so hard they almost wet their pants. I had to go dig into my "hidden" stash and put more on the plate, this time placed higher up.

Yup - our dog did the same thing. I put the plate in the middle of the coffee table - it's a big table and I didn't think she would reach. Sure enough I hear a noise, I go in, she ate all the cookies and was starting to drink the milf from the cup. You would think this dog is starving!
