Anyone here ever try the Sonoma Diet??

I just started today. I love to cook so thats a good thing the recipes arent hard but do take some time to prepare nothing that is impossible but it will be easier to survive the first 'wave' lasting 10 days since I am home on break during that time....any opinions would be appreciated.
