Tinker AFB is locaed in Midwest City right next to Del City. Norman is about 15-20 mins away. Its a straight shot down the highway to Norman. Not a bad commute if that is what you are wondering about.

I think it's about 10-15 miles if I am remembering correctly. There is a back way that there is less traffic, but I wouldn't go that way unless you know the area well. Go the main highway through Moore, OKC, it's not far at all. I went to school in Norman, but it's been along time.

My husband goes to postal school in Norman. Some years we have been done there 3 or 4 times for a month at a time. I even have a Norman library card!! Tinker is easy to find. I would guess 20 minutes depending on traffic.
