Bacon--->Jack Nicholson (in A FEW GOOD MEN)--->Shelly Duvall (in THE SHINING).

Ok, that was a simple one, but you get the idea. You don't always have to use Kevin Bacon (although the old joke is you can use him for everything). The trick is to do it in as few steps as you can. If you solve one, post one for somebody else.
