Great News
I really do think of this board and the posters as friends and family.
I jsut had to share our great news. Today my husband found out that he was selected on the LTC promotion board.
For those non-military he is going to be promoted to Lieutenant Colonel!!!!!!!!! This is a huge blessing to our family. He is sooooo happy and I am so proud of him.

Congratulations!! Way to go. I'm sure your dh is floating on air. LTC is a pretty good pay raise! Dh everytime he made rank he bought him something special for himself & we always threw a party equally the amount of his first month pay raise. Have fun celebrating!
