Arrow People that I have sent out the diet to please read!

I need to tell you guys that you cannot drink any pop on this diet and you MUST drink at least 64 oz or more of water a day. You are aloud to eat enough meat until you are full. I found out if you skimp and try to do with the bare minimum you are going to want to eat your children and husband at the end of the day. (J/K) lol

You may use balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper on your salads. You may start with any week you wish to start with. If you find yourself not losing anymore weight you can take a break for a day or two and start over. Supposedly the weight wasn't suppose to come off until the end of the diet but I didn't have that issue. I think everyone is different. I know someone who lost over 100lbs on this and lost it fast and looks fabulous now. If you get discouraged talk about it. Don't let anyone discourage you.

And for petesakes if you start to feel a little weak or not well at any time that probably means you aren't eating enough of your meat and it probably wouldn't hurts to eat a few more veggies.

Can I please get a copy of this diet too? Sounds very interesting! I know you said no soda or pop. I drink tons of Seltzer water - no sugar, or diet junk, just bubbles and a little flavor. Is that okay?

Is this the Scarsdale diet? It was popular years ago and it really does work. 2 weeks on the diet and 2 weeks off is how it went.

I don't know what this diet is called but my friend says it is low carb and you don't take a break for two weeks unless you just do it yourself.
