St. Joesph's Day is right around the corner; how about selling pastry on that day? Green carniations on St. Patrick's Day? Chocolate lolipops for V-Day? Pizza party, everyone pays $xx dollars to get 2-3 slices of pizza and a drink delivered to their desk? Sometimes pizza places will give a discount if it's for fundraising.

I think the hotdog day is a great idea, depending upon how many people you have in your office. Hotdogs and buns are cheap, as well as the condiments. My mom's company also did a small cookbook, which generated quite a bit of money. Employees contributed recipes, then sold the books to family and friends (as well as buying them themselves).

For Easter here a couple of churches make chocolate covered peanut butter Easter eggs. They taste just like a giant Reese cup. Last year they made strawberry and cocunut filled ones too.
Also if your company let's you have casual day, you can charge employees a $1.00 to wear blue jeans. Our company does that and donates the money to The Childrens Miracle Network.

I have never heard of a company doing a fundraiser. Where do you work? This seems odd to me but I have only worked at major retail stores or very large companys (like a casino and Disneyland). What do you use the funds raised for? Just a little courious.

I work for an insurance company, office, and we have vendors come in to sell their goods and we get a percentage, we use this money for our summer company event and we use it for our holiday party to book the hall. If we have fundraisers it just more we can do. we are thinking of selling choc covered strawberries and pretzels for valentines day
