Does anyone have Reynauds Disease

For the past two days I have been really cold and my hands and toes have turned blue. At first I was able to warm them up by placing them under warm water. Last night I couldnt get it to work so I called my dr and ended up at he er. They diagnosed me with Reynauds disease and I have to make an appt to see a specialist. Does anyone else suffer from this? If so can you please share any advice with me on this. Thank you

My son does. Two things that help him are exercise and taking vitamin E. And of course keeping your hands and feet warm and dry.

I have had it for 3 years, it was a side affect from a blood pressure medicine I took!
my fingers will turn white and numb then blue! never happens during the warmer months only during the cold!
keep us informed what the doc says about what to do for it! I'm really interested
