My secret is that I love to watch the Maury show EVERYDAY,..I love the paternity test/results show..so entertaining! Or the lie detector shows! I find myself yelling at the TV...like a nut!
I pour a giant Diet Coke and make popcorn to watch the show...then I gripe at my kids about watching trash TV! I feel guilty doing this..why? who knows, I guess b/c I'm not a self-indulgent person. But I always have a load of laundry going at the same time I'm watching the show....does that count as not taking a total break? LOL!

I want to start an all-girl band! I really plan on doing this! I think that people in my "Real Life" wouldn't see me this way - I'm somewhat reserved, and identified very heavily as just a mom! I'm a piano/keyboard player, and I want to find a really good drummer, bass player, guitarist and singer. I don't want to just take any willing person (which I know would be tricky enough) - I want really talented ladies in my group! This is my fantasty, as a woman who just entered her forties. I'm always kicking around great new band names, too! My most recent band idea was "Snow White Drifted" - but I've had the name so long (without the band) that I think I need something fresher.

I love Logan, too! Didn't your heart just break when he called Veronica in the cafeteria and saw her ignore his call? Jason Dohring is a great actor. I can't imagine anyone else playing that role.

I don't know if it would be considered a secret of not, but the fact that I'm in love with whatever Joss Whedon is doing is something that not many people would suspect about me. His work is smart, funny, creative and snarky. I idolize his brain, LOL.

And if we're talking about celebrity crushes, my vote goes 100% to Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Slither, etc.) My husband has been forewarned of my leaving if Nathan ever happens to call. He just nodded and continued to eat dinner. I don't thing he's too concerned.

Here's mine : I know all the lyrics to Dr. Dre rap and 2 live crew. They are so explicit and dirty but I can't help it. Remember the opening of Office Space when the guy is in his car just rocking out and rapping to the gansta rap - that's me when Im having a really bad day.
My other would be thinking really evil stuff in my head but not saying it. LOL. I do this all day long at work. I know, i know - but at least I dont actually say "Wow, how did that work out for ya, Sparky?!"

I'll join your band. I am nearly 30 and have always wanted to be in a band. I sing on one of the kids worship teams at church. It's a lot of fun.

ok ok heres my thing... I WANT TO TRY OUT FOR AMERICAN IDOL!!! wow it feels good to tell someone that! I LOVE that show! I dont think im good enough for it. In this town, I think I miss sarcasme the most...

I have dreams about Tom Wellings from Smallville (Clark Kent), he has also played in The Fog and Cheaper By The Dozen. If I ever seen him out on the street I would probably be REALLY excited. I use to think that Don Johnson was sexy and there is something about Bruce Willis that I like but I could never imagine being with men that much older. My DH knows about who I am attracted to but I don't think I have told him about the Tom Wellings dreams.

Truthfully Brad Pitt absolutely does NOTHING for me, niether does Johnny Depp, I prefer Orlando Bloom.

Tom Cruise I liked when he was younger but now I think he is wierd.

I once ratted some people out to a girl I knew that they were calling her names behind her back just knowing that she would confront them and raise hell about it. I did it to get back at the girls because I was basically sick of them, the downside of this is when this one girl went and yelled at these other girls one of my bestfriends ended up taking the heat for it also. I years later confessed this to my bestfriend and she almost dropped a load in her pants when I told her of my manipulative ways and she knew I was mischeivious but she didn't know it would come to bite her a$$ some day. Luckily she loves me enough to forgive me and laugh it all off. Now it turns out that one of the girls I was pi$$y with happens to be my next door neighbor. She is still a pain in the arse at times though but I tolerate her when I have to and I let her know when she is a pain .

My secret is that I was raised in a house with no electricity or running water... we worked our b*tts off. In retrospect, it was a great childhood. I don't tell many friends of my upbringing because they don't believe me and make silly jokes about it. I have 6 pictures that I'll drag out and show those that I am really close to but most people don't know... 'cept for you all!

When I was 18 I had a wicked WICKED crush on one of the Canadian guys who played hockey for the AHL team that was here in my town. I worked in a small library branch next to the grocery store where he and his roomies would shop. I memorized his license plate number, make and model of his car, knew his address (and would do the drive-bys with my friends)...and even had my photo taken with him at one of the hockey games (they would do this for the fans but you had to go before the game to sign up)...it took me a ton of courage because he was gorgeous, tall, popular, etc etc... the drinking age at the time was 18 so it was legal for me and my friends to get into bars back then =so we'd go to the bar across from the arena and hang out knowing that some of the players would go there after games. Man, this guy was so cool -he wouldn't have given me the time of day in public.. and naturally, he'd come to the bar with all of what we used to call "hockey hookers"...the girls who put out for these hockey players hoping that they'd score themselves a hubby, but in reality were nothing more than loose white trash with fur coats and low cut dresses.

Well, I never did get the chance to talk to this guy just to get to know him and my deep crush on him lessened after many seasons..
FAST FORWARD 20 years...
My daughters and I were looking through some old pictures and my oldest found the picture of me and Mr.AHL that was taken that one day at the game..I had a scared look on my face and he was sweaty and bored looking...and she said to me..Mom, who is this HOT GUY??? So I told the girls the story and we decided to find out if he was still alive and kicking..come to find out-he's selling real estate in Witchata Kansas and is BALD and FAT. I actually sent him an email and told him I remembered him from his playing days here in town and if he still had his hand in hockey..he DID respond, thanked me for remembering him etc etc and was HONORED that I was a fan back then. I wanted to write back and tell him how he used to blow us normal girls off all the time but didn't bother..... let's put it this way..Mother nature and Father time play cruel jokes on people..I might be a big fluffier than I was back then but now he's just old and GROSS. ugh. After seeing a recent picture of him (on his Real Estate websight) I say to myself.."what was I thinking back then..LOL"

We had twin girls born yesterday afternoon!

They are Identical and one weighed 4 lbs 11oz and the other was 4 lbs 7 oz

I'm 40 and only listen to hip-hop and rap music. My favorite is T.I., Tupac, Paul Wall and Snoop. I listen to my music very loud even though I'm a nurse and should know better (probably will be deaf when I'm older). I only download the naughty versions of the songs. I work the day shift and my husband the 2 - 10 shift and when he leaves I dance around the house like the girls in the videos but would never let my husband see me. My children think I'm crazy.

I want to try out too! But...I'm too old...I'm 43...I tell my kids that I really think that they should have an American Idol for over 40...They just laugh and say that America doesn't want to watch a bunch of old geezers jump around and try to sing...LOL BUT...if they ever do it, I'll be there singing "Love Don't Live Here Anymore" or "California Dreamin'" ~Lisa

My secret is that somedays when I am home alone, I will climb back in bed AFTER power cleaning the house and READ all day. When everyone gets home and asks what I did all day I tell them I cleaned all day!!! They always believe me and the house does look very clean. Boring I know but it is my guilty little pleasure.

What an awesome idea! I too have a pile... I have been known to watch movies in the afternoons before kids come home; along the same line!!! My favorite housecleaning trick is to spray Lysol about 10 minutes before people come or family comes home. Heh. I guess you have to wipe a few surfaces as well...

I'm planning to go back to school. I've talked w/ the counselor, figured out what classes I need to retake (I've been out for over 5yrs so I lost some of my credits)... even applied for fin. aid.
I 've gotten 2 of my 3 HEPT B shots... the last one in a few weeks.
SOOOOO I WILL be reapplying to Nursing School if not in the fall, then next Spring.
and nope....dh doesn't even know this.

Secret #2: I'm afraid of the dark. Seriously. I know nothing is there in the dark v. when the lights are on but I can't even walk down my own hallway w/o turning on the light!
