Pretty much a few of the things that you folks have mentioned (bread, milk, eggs, butter, poultry, fish, pork... prices are generally the same) but adding a few...

*Marques de Paiva Organic Coffee Beans - 2.5 lbs at Sam's Club, $12 (my brother picks up for me)
*Bulk Foods from Health Food Store - I love the Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, it's like baking with white flour!, and Whole Wheat Cous Cous, both under 69 cents a pound. I am adventurous and am working my way through all of the bins that sound slightly tempting but always have to buy those two things.
*Local Unfiltered Honey - yum! and seems to help with our seasonal allergies; I buy from a *reputable* roadside seller. LOL.

Junk Food... price varies! Not a lot, but enough to have a few things around the house to indulge in.

The Back to Nature Organic Shells & Cheese is really good. I keep milk ($1 for .5 gallon on sale), bread ($1), eggs, ($1.30), tea ($3 a box) and ginger ($1a bag) in the house at all times. Oh, cheese too, preferably $1 a bag shredded, and tortillas, $1.50.

Just wondering where you find the Back to Nature Organic Shells and Cheese?

Adding a few:
*Peanut Butter with the oil unmixed - we buy store brand on sale for around $1 a pint jar. Stir and refrigerate.
*Ground turkey - Norbest, $1-$1.50/lb. Flavor it with beef bullion for burgers or tacos or other.
*Kashi Cereals - $2.50 at Walmart or $2 on sale
*Westsoy Lowfat Original Soymilk - $1.08 at Walmart

I'm one of those people who add a few things to the lists on here as we go along... Sorry I can't keep all in one post!
