Anyone know of a place that will do a RAL or Advance with your last paystub? The one that has YTD total on it? I havent gotten my w2 yet and need cash fast...

I think all of the tax places are doing that now. I believe the one I keep seeing the commercials for are Jackson-Hewitt.

Keep in mind you are paying a HUGE chunk of change for the money now loans, as well as having someone do your taxes, when you most likely can do them for free on the internet. Is it something that you really need the cash right now, or could you use a credit card, and then pay it off in full when you get your taxes back. When you file, it takes I believe 9-14 days to get your money back if you efile.

I've heard those places are rip-offs. If you can wait for a little bit, you can get your refund in no time with direct deposit after you file it. If it's a simple form, you can even do it by phone or just file it free online. That way you'll get ALL your money and not end up paying a bunch of it to the tax preparation company.

We usually do our taxes at the end of Jan. when we get all the forms. It comes back within a week or two if you efile with direct deposit.
