What is your stress reliever?

I am working hard on trying to find an outlet for my stress. I know that I do not handle stress very well at all....What about you guys? What do you do? Chocolate? Shopping? Do you not get stressed?

Walking or other exercise or a long hot bath. I have a friend who handles stress at work by going up and down the stairs!

Well, this may sound strange but I play video games to relieve stress.

Or like now we are in the middle are ripping down the walls in one of the bedrooms- so hitting a wall with a hammer really helps to take out my frustrations! Of course don't try this unless you want a hole in your walls

I dance in my living room! I know it isn't pretty dancing - it's just mostly letting off steam (think 'Maniac' from the movie Flashdance, but with someone who doesn't know how to make it look cool...)

You need a Granddaughter

Bought my 17 month old granddaughter one of those drums with other instruments inside it. We sing and dance up a storm!

She thinks I'm a SuperStar!

Getting on the computer relaxes me. Either that or I go to the beach and listen to the waves if it's not too cold.

I replied in another similar thread but also know that when I was substitute teaching a few years ago, I absolutely had to sit down with my laptop for a few minutes when I got home. That was one of the most stressful jobs I have ever had and the laptop time would relax me right away.

I also spend time on the internet
shopping also helps as long as you have the $$ to spend so I set aside a little $$ in my paypal acc. & use that for my "whatever I want" $$

The only thing that really works is prayer, non-fattening and good for your health!
