I'm the Boss
The boss was complaining in our staff meeting the other day that he wasn't getting any respect. The next day, he brought a small sign that read:

"I'm the Boss!"

He then taped it to his office door.

Later that day when he returned from lunch, he found that someone had taped a note to the sign that said:

"Your wife called, she wants her sign back!"

Ouch! That had to hurt. Take him or her a ittle gift this morning. A mug full of instant cocoa, a breakfast pastry, a invite to lunch- something! He/she has to be embarrassed.

Back in the mid 1990's- my then fiance and I owned a salon. He worked there more than me , doing the books, cash handling, etc. Everytime there would be a complaint of some sort- he would direct them to my cell-phone. I bought a sign that I hung behind the desk- it said " Do you want to speak to the man in charge or the woman who knows what's going on?"

On my front door now, there is a sign that says " The views expressed by the husband in this house do not neccesarily reflect those of the management."

My poor DH gets picked on by everyone that sees it- including pizza delivery people.
