I like the idea that the op had: the winner gives a list of GC they would like to recieve, and then if the person sending it doesn't have any of those stores near them, they can just send $5.00

dawnycap is correct, the winner will provide a list of stores/restaurants/coffe shops/gas stations that he/she shops at and the, um, non-winners (losers is so negative!) can pick from the list and purchase a$5.00 gift certificate to mail.

*just checked out Anthony's bio.....he and I are a lot alike!
