Favorite childhood candy...

My daughter came home from school today with a pack of fun dip candy and it got me thinking about all the great candy they had when I was a kid. I was just wondering what everyone elses favorite childhood candys were. My top 5 were
1. Candy lipsticks
2. Fun dip
3. Astro pops
4. Razzles
5. Tart N Tinys

What were yours?

mine was fun dip and bit o honey when it came out. It was the late 80's and they had a big advertising push for bit o honey. It came in the Honey nut Cheerios box. Me and my brothers just about rip the top offof the box to get to it ......i think i was about 8 yo...i still love it but its almost impossible to find. I will still take fun dips and eat them at the movies!!

Bit o Honey is my 2nd fav candy. I had to look it up cos I remember it from when I was little. It came out in 1924. In 1984 Nestle took over the company so that is probably what you remember. They used to come in different kinds of packaging. I remember the ones that came in a pack of 6.

Abba-Zaba is my alltime fav candy from my kid days. I found them at Costco recently so I now have a huge box of them.

It was not my favorite candy but my one grandmother always gave us corn candy and JuicyFruit gum. She had lots of grandchildren. I thought she owned the company because that is all she ever gave us.

You are the first person I have ever seen that has ever even heard of the 7UP bar. It was my favorite too! I can remember eating all the pieces and saving my favorite flavor for last, the strawberry one.

Man this thread is making me hungry as well as giving me cravings...
I liked wax lips, peanut butter bars, fun dip, sugar daddy...

Does anyone remember a candy, it was like a long stick, crunchy, orange colored and had a peanut buttery taste? It was kinda like a butterfinger but without the chocolate, in a stick form and not as hard. I can't remember the name and would love to order some if I can find it.

Sometimes you can find some of the old time candy at Cracker Barrel. I have fn introducing my kids to stuff I used to love. I also found a gas station in northern IN that sells zots. I try to stop there when we go to southern IN to visit my family.

I also like a lot of the same things everyone else does

jujubees
good and plenty
sugar daddy
sugar babies
candy cigarettes
Beemans and Teaberry gum
chik o sticks
peanut butter bars (those hard but crunchy ones that are white with brown stripes)
