I just saw this on tv, all I can say is WOW pretty crazy.

I agree....she was totally out of it on some broadcast I saw a few days ago re: the paternity stuff.

Wow! I just read a little while ago that she collapsed earlier today, but I didn't realize it was that serious. I agree that it probably has something to do with drugs of some sort.

She seemed like such a tormented soul. I assume that her baby, who thank God, is JUST a baby, will go with her real dad, who you know has to be that guy trying to get a paternity test. Larry Birkhead? I hope he is stable and not a coo-coo.

hear she was with howard stern looking for a new boat and went to the motel and died. her whole live has been really weird to me.

I've had a Foreman Grill for about six years. I've done about 85% of my cooking on it, but I've never burnt myself. Probably because I don't use it as a pillow.

Her life has been in such turmoil. Maybe now she can have some peace.

This is so sad. I feel so bad for the baby. I just heard that she was dead on arrival to the hospital. Her roommate at the hotel found her. This is just off of CNN. Not sure if Howard K Stern was around or not?? So sad.

I think it was an OD. Did she EVER appear normal? So tragic for her baby I can't imagine the torment she's been thru with the death of her husband, the bitter fight for the money, death of her son, birth of her baby, paternity suit....

Apparently her nurse found her collapsed in her room and her bodyguard did CPR and yes her "husband" was there at the hotel. Wonder why she had a nurse with her if it is reported that her daughter is in the Bahamas right now. This ought to be interesting as it unfolds. None the less...still very sad.

Yeah it is really weird.I wonder why the nurse didn't adminstrate the CPR she is the one who found her..atleast that is what I got from it

My husband just told me to check out CNN.com and I just am beside myself.
I have absolutely loved Anna Nicole and have been fascinated with her ever since Clarksville TN had a giant Guess jeans billboard up in the late 80's. I just have always thought that she was so beautiful. THEN it dawned on my about what is going to happen to Danielynn and her future. Oh my gracious.

It is sad! Just awful.

Very sad. I wonder who will get the baby- if Anna had a will and named a guardian, or if Howard Stern is legally the father of the baby. I understand the 'marriage' was not valid. That baby will be a multi-millionaire if the judgement from Anna's deceased husband's estate comes through. People will come out of the woodwork trying to claim that poor baby.

Maybe her ex-husbands family had her and her son killed .....i could totally be a conspiracy nut!!LOL

It is sad about her daughter though. I hope whoever daddy is, he's not a wack job.

Lately, I have been following the Anna Nicole story on Entertainment Tonight, while I was not really a fan of hers I still found the entire story to be riveting and heartbreaking at the same time. My heart goes out to Dannielynn.

And on Fox News they were saying that someone saw Howard flush some pills down the toilet when Daniel died.

I was thinking the same thing reminds me of Marilyn Monroe. Its so sad for the poor little girl she left behind she looked like such a beautiful baby I also would imagine the nuts will come from outta nowhere to clame this poor baby cause they think thier will be money to be claimed from this. As for howard stern I wont give my opinion on him as I havent yet figured him out.

There is no way that gaining and losing that much weight as quickly as she did can be healthy for her heart.

I too have been fascinated by her for many many years. While I believe she was on something during that TV show of hers, I'm betting on the diet pills vs. her heart.

And as for Howard....geez! He is creeeeeepy and while I don't feel as extreme about him as Geraldo does....there are many red flags that people keep dying in his presence....

I've been sad all day since I heard this...Very tragic indeed...I feel so bad for the poor little baby that she's left behind who will never know her mother...I agree with Geraldo...There is something very suspicious about this Howard K. Stern character...I've always thought he's had something to do with her son Daniel's death...He didn't want Anna Nicole leaving any of her money to the son...He marries her and claims that the baby is his...I bet it turns out that he is not the father, that her former boyfriend Larry is...I think that this guy needs to be investigated...I see on the timeline below that she had pneumonia and a collapsed lung a few months ago...Hopefully she did die of natural causes...I know that everyone thinks it's from drugs/alcohol, but maybe not...At least she is with her son now and in peace...I don't know how I could go on either if my son died like that...It must be agony beyond belief...The whole thing is a nightmare... ~Lisa

It really is tragic. Her life was a struggle in recent months and played out in the media for all to see. I too think that all of the years of drugs (Trimspa and others???) and alcohol did a number on her body plus the extreme weight fluctuations had to have been hard on her as well. It is too bad that she didn't get some professional help years ago. I hope the baby gets placed in a good place that is not so dramatic all the time.

I am only posting right now because after reading some of the posts here, it looks as if some people might be misled and thinking her boyfriend/partner, Howerd K. Stern, is the creepy radio dude, Howard Stern. Two different guys! I know that is what I thought, too, until I found some pictures of Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern together. I will admit, though, that I believe he is involved somehow in both her death and her son's death. Where was/is he during all of this mess?!!!

Devastated? Heartbroken? Upset? I sure have a different view on this one. She did each and every thing to herself and chose how she lived.

The baby not knowing her mother? My opinion is that hopefully the child will be placed in as normal a home as possible and have a fair chance of growing up without limos, nurses, bodyguards, nannies, press, plastic surgery, living in hotels, lawsuits, etc, etc, etc.

I do not understand why we are interested in this. A tragedy, perhaps her whole life was.

I found myself oddly mesmerized with her show on E network. It was like a horrible train wreck--you knew it was awful, but you couldn't help but look!

I think, and this is just my OPINION , that we are often fascinated by celebs because watching them makes us feel better about ourselves. I know after watching Anna Nicole I often thanked my god that I didn't have the life she had! Also, there is the component of wondering how someone can make such bad decisions and CONTINUE making bad decisions. You always wonder when the bad decision making was going to catch up with them. Well, it caught up with Anna yesterday.

Yes,this is a sad situation.From my point of view i think the poor thing didn't have much common sense and that Howard K. Stern took full advantage of that.He was her personal attorney and her supposed husband.He was the one who was suppose to lead her the correct way with her finances,lifestyle.etc.She had total trust in him.He knew if she was on drugs.What is the big deal anyway with them not wanting the supposed "real" father to make sure the baby is or is not his. I'm sure there is ALOT more to this story than we all know.And it will probably come out in the tabloids.And why did she have a private nurse ? Someone said she had been ill a few weeks before but if she was still sick why did she come to Florida shopping for a boat.No one goes shopping and brings there nurse along.Whatever comes out i hope that baby is taken care of by someone stable.I always felt sorry for her son Daniel.He looked so lost on that tv show she had.You know he went through alot with all her problems she had.When he died that was very sad to me.I think even worse than his mom.But this whole mess will be in the tabloids for along time to come.

I found that part of the story to be very wierd also. I don't think that I would want her to be my nurse, of course she may have realized that it was too late to administer CPR and that's why she didn't. My first thought of hearing the story about the nurse was that it reminded me of Elvis and his medical team who kept him addicted.

More and more I read I find it troubling by the events that took place before her death..I think the nurse should lose her licence!!!

Wed-She takes a fall in the shower when the nurse & BF finds her ..she looks in & of it out ,but appears not to be injured.. Why wasn't a dr called in to look at her? Someone who is that unstable needs to be seen by a doctor

Thurs-she takes nap and stops breathing..

The nurse calls body guard, then bf ,then police..What happen to call 911 first and do CPR...I can understand her being famous and needing a body guard but that is redicioulsy..In my opinion the nurse should of perform the cpr immediatley..They are train to respond quickly and she didn't

Alot is too fishy with her death and her son death..If they find she OD,I doubt any foolplay would every be expected because of her drug habits..It kinda odd their deaths occured when people where around them and not one person realized they were in trouble until they found them not breathing

I thought it was odd that the bodyguard was the one doing CPR, until I read that the bodyguard was actually a Paramedic. And depending on what past work experience the nurse had, the Paramedic was probably better trained to perform CPR. ESPECIALLY, if the nurse was an LPN vs an RN.
