Tessa--I thought I was a goner when David and Mary forget a main lesson on The Race...it doesn't matter WHEN a fligt LEAVES it matters when it ARRIVES! DUH! I would have thought they would have learned that from the last time. I hope they get it together. I was surprised to see Marry outright lie to the "beauties" about the flights.

I think Rob and Amber are the ones to watch. I was surprised to get the hint that Uchenna and Joyce are having trouble in their lives. (Loved Joyce's hair though!)

I know, I was surprised he was so candid about it. I know when they won the season they were in he said, on he winner's podium "IVF, here we come!" Being that I am currently pregnant with an IVF baby I wholeheartedly symphatize with their struggle but still can't fathom the devestation of failure. I just don't understand how running this race can be a solution to their problems. Unless they are looking at it as a way to get away from, and get their minds off, the treatments, injection, doctors, etc.

Rob is a genius at playing this game. Not only is he strategically smart, he is good at so many things that they run into in detours.

That lie Mary told was pretty transparent, it took no effort for the blondes to find out the truth. She would have been better to save it for a significant moment, if one arose, to throw them off course when it couldn't be verified.

Looks like it will be a good season!

I have to admit that I had always liked Drew and Kevin until tonight. The way Drew acted about David and Mary's backpack on the plane. Just his attitude kind of bugged me. Is he sick? Does anyone know?

Charla and Mirna are my team and I can't stand them. They are so annoying and Mirna is just crazy. Hard for me to root for them when they are this bad.

HELLO??? My team can't even READ clues. If annoying Charla and Mirna hadn't helped, I'd be sitting on the sidelines today.

So now, looking back, I'm thinking Oswald and Danny may be a strong team. But then again, they're all pretty strong! Great season.

Mirna has got to be the most annoying woman on earth. Why does she insist on speaking with an phony accent when she speaks English to the locals? She sounds like such an idiot. I am thinking that Dustin and Kandice may take it all. They have been playing steady, under the radar, not getting into tiffs with anyone, just focusing on their game.

For anyone who is interested, for the first time CBS has video from the "Elimination Station" where the teams go to stay after being eliminated. There are video clips of each team arriving and hanging out, etc. It is pretty interesting.

Go to The Amazing Race: All-Stars on CBS

Click on Elimination Station at the bottom. The episode numbers are at the top so you can start at #1. They run about 5 minutes each.

Elimination isn't the end of the fun and games for the All-Stars. As Teams are eliminated they are taken to an isolated house in paradise. The only information the Racers get is on the Race progress is from the newly eliminated Racers. How will these uber-competitive and entertaining Teams co-exist under the same roof? That happens on all these shows (Apprentice, Survivor, etc) because if people started showing up back home it would be easier to determine they were not a winner. Some people on another board were saying Romber got eliminated on purpose because they had another project to do so they made a deal to appear for a few episodes and get a fat paycheck, blah blah blah. Clearly not true becuase they are stuck in Sequesterville along with everyone else for the duration of the show. And anyway, Rob was pretty pouty in the Sequesterville video!
