This lady is a nut. I am a mother and understand her hurt (possibly) but come on let's bury this poor woman. The funeral is stopped waiting. The hurse is just waiting to drive. They are parked in the middle of the road. My goodness this is so sad.

She couldn't be a good mother to her when she was alive why is she fighting so hard right now?

Just heard the court DENIED her request to halt the funeral. THe mother is motivated by money. She is a disgrace.

Now the father of Daniel is trying to get him reburied in Texas.

Did you hear about Daniels father wants to move him now. He has filed to have his son moved and buried in Texas. These people must live on a different planet than me.

I think HKS's parents know thiers money to be had too, I feel sorry for her mom ANS left the baby with her to go make a career for herself & as soon as she made something said see ya & hired a nanny for daniel I would be just as nutty as her if in this situation I do agree ANS should be buried by her son though but I honestly wish HSK would go to jail for his role in all of this.

I missed the furneral...Her mother is Nuts!! It sounds like her mother got to Daniels father & has convince him to move the body to texas hoping Anna will then be rebury in texas along with her son. I think the mother bride the father with a portion of the money if she wins any ..Why else would he want to rebury his son now?

Funny, because Smith( ex hubby) was interviewed via phone by Judge Seidlin and he said he wanted Anna buried with Daniel. And that is what ANS would have wanted also.

Is HKS a tool? Yes. Is he a weiner? Absolutely. A complete and total sissy boy. Of course! A murderer? It appears the court of public opinion has him convicted- but that is for the police to decide.

But, one thing is certain as far as I am concerned, he is doing what he thinks ANS would have wanted. To be buried with her child. I can't think of any moms I know that wouldn't want to be. ( Well, me, but I don't want to be buried.)

The medical examiner has her cause of death, and will release it next week. Who knows what can of worms THAT announcement will open?

Let the poor woman rest in peace, and the chips fall where they may.

Well I dont think he murdered her but I sure think hes played another role in all of this I just seen him climb out of some big expensive limo & he didnt appear to be upset at all for a funereal he almost looks happy. I do think the mom did get the ex involved IMO the first ex doesnt have a dime so where would he get the money to exum the body probably his EX MIL

I just heard that entertainment tonight (I think thats the one they said) is paying HKS almost 4 million dollars for letting a camera follow him round and for things about the funeral...he is scum...its his last good chance to make money off ANS...and her mother is a dirt bag!!

I have posted on this before. In FL, her mother IS her legal next of kin, regardless of what anyone wants to think of someone they've never met. There is a specific statute and it was completely disregarded.

It is unprecedented for a minor to be given "custody" of human remains, even via a guardian. No minor can enter into a contract, nor make legal decisions. No one receives actual custody since human remains are considered quasi property. No where in the statute does it consider what someone "thinks" or "asserts" the deceased wanted unless specific instructions were left, and then properly, as in a will or notarized form.

Many times married couples are separated, even legally separated, however the spouse remains next of kin. Estrangement, innuendo, past history, etc never makes a difference - I guess unless you go to court with a judge angling for fame and fortune......

While I don't know Bahamian law on legal next of kin, Daniel's father is still his legal next of kin. Matter of fact, as long as Daniel was not married upon his death, and had no adult children, then his parentS are his legal next of kin.

I would think that his father can do as he chooses. What an interesting twist.

I never said she wasn't legal next of kin. But I'll be darned if I left my daughter sitting in a casket rotting away because I was astranged from her and she didn't put me in her will. SHE IS STILL CRAZY!!!!!!

I totally agree with you. I can't believe that she left it go on this long. You can't tell me she didn't think ANS would want to be buried with her son. It seemds that she was the only one who dodn't care about that. I saw on the news the other day even Larry B testified that she would want to be buried with her son. That nasty woman needs to go away. Greedy woman leaves her daughter's body to rot to try to bury her somewhere were apparently she didn't want to be.

i cant belive her so called mom anna hated her when she was alive. why does shw want to make things harder on howard . iam all for howard i hope one way or anthor howard gets to keep his baby . even if its larrys .

Interesting all the different opinions here. So I'll add mine, after watching the clips of Anna talking about her mother, I applaud Howard's efforts for doing what she wanted. Virgie needs to crawl back under a rock. Daniel's father...if you can call him that...never paid child support, never fought for visitation, and had not seen or talked to his son in years. Just because Anna had money and Daniel's father didn't does not mean he had no rights, you don't need a lawyer to get visitation, he chose not to fight where Daniel was buried and we all know he certainly had time to do that with how long it took to bury the poor boy. Most lawyers would have jumped on the opportunity to represent him just for the publicity.

I must be a sappy soul but I believe Howard loved her and hope that in the end Danilynne is his daughter. I honestly think that if the baby is taken from him he will lose all will to survive. BUT if Larry is her dad he should have custody of her. If neither of them are I sure hope that Virgie does not get her!!
