85! I'm happy with that.

The feedback link provided some interesting information. Looks like I could definitely stand to add more exercise... that would give me another 5 years.

It said: "Increasing your exercise regimen to 4 days a week could add a year and a half, to 5 days a week could add 3 years, to 6 or 7 days a week could add 5 years to your life expectancy"

It also said I could add a 1/2 year to my life if I got regular screenings by my doctor. No thanks! I'd rather not have the added stress )which I need to lower in order to live 2 more years).

Do any of you take an aspirin every day??? That would prolong my life as well.

That was fun. Thanks!

Here's the one that's supposed to be for people over the age of 50

http://www.eons.com/

I guess I'll be around till I'm 88.

This site is very, very slow also.

Only 89 for me. I thought it would be higher, all of my relatives who have dies of natural causes were well into their 90's and even 100's!

I guess in about 45 more years I will no longer be on these boards. This was interesting. It said I should live till 75. Well I guess I better go and do some living cause this really depresses me. But I think that is pretty good for having MS.

Boy that's a wake up call, huh? Of course, with me, every day is a gift, so I don't take any day for granted.

Mine said 85 years. Which is the exact age of my grandparents when they died.

Mine was 86. I should try to reduce stress and learn to handle it better. Also, reduce caffeine consumption, cut out snacks (my downfall is chocolate), take an aspirin daily, regular cancer screenings & getting my blood checked.
My dh's was 73

74. That means I would have lived longer than 3 of my grandparents.

OK this was depressing – not being sarcastic, it really is. 108 and then it had the nerve to tell me how to add 1 ¼ years to that.

I work really hard to be healthy but to feel good now - not to become an antique. At 74 I think I’ll go on a strict diet of McDonald’s and Dominio’s

Mine said 97 but I don't eat meat, I don't drink, I exercise daily, and I eat a good wholesome diet. My family is also healthy.

I was scared to do it at first but now I feel like I am doing a lot of things right.
