You can find users by their name or email address. If she has it set to private(which she should so the predators out there can't see she's a young girl) then you can't see her actual page. My dd has a Myspace but I made it clear that she HAD to add me as a friend so I could monitor what she puts on it and what pics she uses. I don't read her messages but I do check out her pic pages and comments every now and then. If I see something I don't like, it's removed! She has no choice in that. If she argues, she loses her myspace. To find her, click on search and try her name or email address(if you know it) and it should come up. Good luck.

Find someone who has a MySpace page and let them help you. If you try to do a search yourself, you really won't know what to look for or where to look. If you want to do it yourself, go to MySpace.com; look at the top where it says "Search", click that and then "Find Someone You Know". Type in the name you want and a list will come up. To refine your search, go to the right side of the page and you'll see a block. Type in the zip code you want and refine it that way. Then you won't get every person who has the same name as your daughter in the search. You should find it pretty quickly if she has one. You can look up her friends too. Let me know if you need more help. Good luck! |

Did you search her computer history? Does she have any relatives who she would have added as friends? If you don't want to sign yourself up for MS maybe they can help you monitor. Good luck, I really hope everything is ok with her health *hug* |

Would her daughter know that she is monitoring her bulletins? |

how old is she by the way? i would check the computer history or if she is computer savvy, use a monitoring software program. Until 16-18 (depending on level of responsibility) i do not believe children should have unmonitored/unsupervised internet privileges. Under 16, i would probably just block myspace anyway. if she wants an account, that way she will have to ask for one and your condition would be that you are allowed to monitor it and that it is a private account (cannot be seen by anyone and hence she cant be found and messaged by weirdos) if you add someone as a friend, they know you can see their profile but not when in particular or how often you check it.
