My DD needs an article out of a newspaper about rocks or minerals. I have been looking in the local paper for a week and nothing. I went to Barnes and Nobles today and looked through all the papers there! Nothing!
Well the teacher said they couldn't get the info from the internet but to me thats where she is going to have to find it.
Any ideas on how to find articles in the newspaper on the net? I searched google and everthing I found you have to pay for.

Wow, that's a good question considering the teacher won't let them use the internet. How are they supposed to find a newspaper article? (Unless someone hoards newspapers for months and months!!) If the article you're looking for was in your local newspaper, perhaps you could call the newspaper and ask them about the article. There must be someone there who could help you. Have you talked to other parents to see what they're doing? Was the article just in your local newspaper or was it nationwide?

Thats the problem, what article? The kids were just suppose to find one any one. Well there isn't one. She will probably get marked down for taking it off of a newspaper site off the web
