I sure hope that those young teenage girls keep calling in for Sanjaya! He'd be my first pick to be the next one to go...too funny that I got him! I like Gina, but I don't see her being there very long. flipper113 must be pretty happy right about now. Wow... I just noticed flipper113 is really having a lucky day, she got Melinda in this group and Lakisha in group one. Way to go!!

I think Jordin was wise to pick a lesser-known Diana Ross song and do a great job of it. The judges have consistently been harsh on singers who try to take on superstar's signature songs, so good to stay away from those. I thought she was fantastic...and only 17 - WOW! cj/ |

The people who like their sort of music and style will vote for them, but since there are more than one with really the same style, their potential votes will be divided. Like if there were 2 of the beatboxer guy, anyone who likes that style will vote for him to keep him in, but if there was another guy doing the same sort of thing, some will like one more than the other and therefore divide the votes among the 2 instead of all voting for the same one. Hope that explains it a little better, it happens a lot in elections, you have the third party who might not win, but who will take votes away from the competition.  I wasn't reading this thread since I wasn't in this one, but by mistake I checked it last night and saw my name. I was half asleep when i read it, sorry.
