Ok We are going on a cruise in a few months and I am still hanging on to 15-20 lbs from when my daughter was born (and she's almost 4!) I need to do something because I cannot seem to get in gear! Wondering if anyone has tried Hoodia and what your results were.

I'm pretty sure that is the diet pill that has been linked to unexplained deaths . . . Wouldn't try it if I were you, but then again I wouldn't try any diet drug

I have heard taking water pills or apple cider vinegar pills works great & both are all natural. Maybe someone on here can be of more help.

Tried it, got the pure hoodia that they recommend, and I honestly didn't think it worked at all, it sure didn't help me to lose any weight, I know that.

I would be nervous with any over the counter drug like that...maybe talk to your doc first and see if something else could work.......trust me I'm not trying to be a drag I know first hand about trying to lose a few.....just be safe. Good Luck!!!

I'm using NV right now from GNC. The instructions say to take two a day but I only take one in the mid morning. It curbs my appetite and I have seen weight loss. I don't want to eat all the junk food in the evenings like before. I've had a cold/flu for about a week so I haven't been taking it. It's expensive but it does work, IMO. You're supposed to drink a lot of water with it, too.

I've tried the hoodia pills advertised on TV. I've also tried it in liquid form from a health food store. I didn't notice a difference in appetite, and I didn't lose any weight. I really haven't gotten good results from anything since ephedra was taken out of most products, although I hear you can still get it from some products online. HTH.
