Enterprise Refund

Does anyone know when you rent a vehicle from enterprise, and you return and will have credit from the deposit they charge you, when it is refunded? We wented a vehicle 2/16, returned 2/18, and nothing yet. I'm not worried, but I swear with renting in the past it was always credited sooner than this.

While this is in fact a refund question. It is the wrong kind of Refund. You may have better luck on the cafe. Maybe try posting there.

Have a Happy day!!

We rented a vehicle on February 15 - returned on the 19th. They never charged us a deposit. They ran a credit card before we took the vehicle - to make sure it would be accepted - they did not actually charge any money. Then, when we brought the vehicle back we paid the full amount on our debit card. I was not aware that they required some people to place a deposit - like I said, that wasn't the case with us.

If you use a debit card to secure the rental, Enterprise will charge an additional $150 at the time you pick up your rental car.

If you use a credit card, they don't charge the additional $150

I think they were supposed to refund that $150 within 7 days of the date you returned the vehicle.

It sounds like you need to call them.
