I was thinking yesterday after reading the millionth article on what Rob & Amber are going to do now....they kept saying this new deal is going to be "huge".

My guess is that Jeff Probst is going to move on to something else (marriage? Regis's job?) and they are going to take his place.

What do you think they are going to do?

They were actually asked about that in an interview and they said that wasn't the upcoming project. Good guess though!

Regis's job? I need a fill in for that (was on vacation) what's up with Regis?

Rob and Amber....I wish them all the best (great competitive people that work AS A TEAM)! Very smart to take whatever comes their way...the ride of popularity ususally isn't too long so they need to make the most of their moments in the spotlight......

Well they just finished a show called," Rob and Amber against the odds." It's about Rob and Amber moving to Vegas so he can pursue being a professional poker player. At the end of the season they accepted an offer to be on Amazing Race all stars.

I know Regis underwent triple-bypass surgery, but has it been announced that he is retiring or stepping down? Good guess, but I do not think that Rob could ever fill Regis shoes. He is not that kind of entertainment personality. Maybe it is Survivor related. When will all this be disclosed?


Edited.....I reread and you said that Jeff Probst would fill in for Regis, not Rob.

I watch a lot of TV and have no idea who there are Must be a reality thing???? That's the only thing I don't watch unless you count VH1's reality TV...that stuff is a hoot (but not kid friendly)

I know they have my curiosty up.. My first thought would they even dare star on Big Brother.. LOL..Of course they wouldn't last long on the show..
While I like Survivor I think Jeff is kinda boring. Seeing Rob & Amber running the show I think it would be neat. But I'm really wondering if it has to do with any type of reality show.I really can't see them doing a talk show I don't know if they have it in them

Another thought since Rob was in construction..Maybe some type of home show where they fix up houses together? I think that would be pretty neat to watch

The Rob & Amber "against the odds" show is showing reruns constantly. Look on TV guide for what date/times.

They keep calling it a "huge" announcement-which is what made me think of them replacing Jeff. I just through that Regis thing out there because he's subbed for Regis so many times. I don't think Regis is going to retire--he's just been really off his game (getting confused ALOT) for the last year and hopefully this surgery will improve the quality of his life and he'll be back good as new.

I used to like Rob and Amber until they played this AR again..

I 'think' that the huge announcement will be that they are doing another reality show...or inventing and hosting a totally new one.. kind of like 'mole'.... .. just my thought... a new reality show in the works..
