Last night was a pretty good night with Idol. NOT a Sanjaya fan, but even he did better than he has. My favorites were BLAKE, he really took that song to a new height, Very Well Done. Jordin was AWESOME, she's sure is good for 17. LaKeisha wasn't that great and I'M A BIG LAKEISHA FAN, the song just didn't seem like it was her, I think she would of done a better job with the other one, but I still voted for her She's my favorite. Melinda just belts out any song you give her. She was very good. Chris Richardson is a local boy and he did good last night but not as good as some of his songs. Haley is one that I think should be voted off, she's just not that good. Chris Sligh was GOOD last night too. Gina was okay, and Phil was pretty good. I think of course it should be Sanjaya but it probably won't be....he seems to get a lot of the votes, did you see that sweet little girl just crying her eyes out, I thought that was sweet of him to go to her afterwards and hug her. And when they let her on the stage afterwards, I thought that was great. She'll never forget that So what is everyone thoughts about last night?

I am with you it should be San Jaya or Hailey. I really don't know how either of them made it to the final12. I was a big Lakisha fan during tryouts but Melinda is awesome and Jordan Sparks is our local girl so I would love to see her go far.

I think Phil will go home tonight. He was in the bottom 3 last week, and I don't think he did that great this week. I think Sanjaya will probably be in the bottom 3 again, but his interaction with that little girl might have bought him a few more votes. I think it's gonna be 3 guys again, so I expect one of the Chris' to be in the bottom 3 also. I just hope Chris Sligh stays, he's one of my favorites. I think Blake is safe.

I don't think sanjaya did well at all. I thought the performance was funny. The girl was just ridiculious crying over all the contestants. I really love malinda and think she will go far least i hope she will. I don't like chris slighe either or phil stacey. I am not fond of haley either. Any one of those people i don't mind see going.

Am I the only one that doesn't care Melinda that much???? I don't know why but I just don't care for her voice at all, her personality is good but I don't care for her voice.

I can't stand Sanjaya! I HOPE he goes tonight.

I like Chris but I wish he would change his image a little bit.

Phil is okay.

I kind of like Haley myself for some reason.

I like Blake.

Don't really like Stephanie that much.

I really like Jordan I hope she gets better and better every week and blows them all away.

I think I like the beatboxer guy myself, sorry I can't remember his name. He has a great personality and is just different and himself. Stephanie acts like she's in her 30's, not like a teenager, she needs to change her look to get the younger votes.

It's just torchure for Sanjaya to have to come out every week and sound like that, Poor guy.

Lakesha is good but not exciting.

Melinda is just mousey, I just can't warm up to her.

I haven't voted, don't ever get through the few times I have tried.

I vote every week. I like Melinda, Lakesha, Jordan and the beat bxer dude. If Sanjaya goes very much father American Idol needs to change it's voting system. Either limit of the times you can vote or let the judges decide from the bottom two each week.

We watched the show last night. That little girl...OMG how is she going to handle life. She was so happy yet so stressed. WOW.
I thought last nights show was Fantastic my favorite was Blake and oh i forgot her name the girl that had the black dress on I loved her but forget her name and even the song she sang. Someone help me out who was that. I can remember the dress it had fringe at the top. I am truly have a problem with my brain.

The girl in the black was Jordin...Her song was I love you but that's not the title just the verse. I vote every week, at first I only voted for LaKiesha but decided that I wanted to vote for the best. This week I voted for Blake, Lakiesha, Jordin, and Melinda. Melinda is the only one that I had to call over and over to get, took about 2 minutes, the others were immediately. This is my 1st season and yeah I'm sure there's other shows, some even better, but it depends on what catches your eyes, this year I keep hearing how mean Simon was and I wanted to see for myself. He's not a bad guy and so far even though his comments are mean spirited sometimes, 99% of the time he's right about a singer (I'm speaking about this season, can't speak for any other season since I haven't watched). I busted out laughing when he said the little girl's face spoke it all about Sanjaya. I cannot believe Stephanie went home last night, even though Chris is a local, I think out of the two, Stephanie was a better singer. Very surprising last night.

Like peter noone said this isn't a singing contest this is a voting contest. Sad i really liked steph, but she didn't sing thaat great that night. There was others that was worse, but again popularity contest for sure.

Anyways, She HATES Sanjayas voice. She wants him off. Shes surprised by who was voted off, and she REALLY likes the woman who ended the singing the other night. VERY good voice, and she SHOULD win it all, kwim?

The beatboxer, and the bald guy... don't like them as much as the top 3 black women singers. They're REALLY good, IMO.
