What do you dream of doing in your retirement years?

were saving up for a place near the beach. nothing spectacular just something different.

DREAM? Have a house in the CO mountains for winter and CA beach for summer and use a lot of our time traveling. I would love to have at least 1 month to just stay and tour in Napa Valley every year. We have friends that are retired now and they spend 2 months a year in Napa.

I'd love to spend my retirement on a cruise ship.

My dream retirement would be to retire early and buy a house in Hawaii.

I must be weird ...

I would love to live somewhere on a little farm in the north west taking in old or mistreated animals.

Our plans are to move back to fla. if not sooner. Doesn't have to be a house on the beach as long as I'm there I will be happy.

Our dream retirement is to travel in an RV and do volunteer work for The Victory Junction Gang. Coming home to PA in the warm to spoil future grandchildren!

I retired last July after 30 years and couldn't stand it, so a month later, I went to work full time for a local complimentary newspaper and absolutely love it. My hubby is going to retire in Dec and I keep telling him that he is going to come work at the newspaper also.

I want to travel abroad. My husband wants an RV and wants to drive cross country NAKED....LOL He also wants an ice cream truck (he is not a perv, he will leave on clothes on in it) that plays heavy metal and has a bouncing clown head on top. Okay, he is not a perv but sometimes I think he is just not right!

Little cabin on some acreage with a lake or pond in the forest. Might as well dream big!

To have a house in town for attending cultural events, classes, volunteering, etc and one in the country a couple of hours away for summers and vacations. Grandkids runnig around and I am still healthy and happy.

DH wants to move to Texas when we retire but we still have 40 years to go so alot can change by then. We've spent our entire lives in the mountains and are ready for a change but can't afford to do it now.
