I am so upset about this that I am hoping that writing it will help me some,,

If you have a current Victorias secret credit card you are "supposed" to receive a 10.00 gift certificate on the month of your b-day. My b-day is in March and March is ending sooo where is my gift certificate?? ( I have even seen people trading/ebaying Aprils already! )

Ok so I called and the guy who answers is so unhelpful and clueless all he said was it takes up to 6 weeks to receive in the mail ( yes I know that but these things expire on the last day of the birthday month so what should I do if I get it expired??? his answer was ""UHHHHH don't know""""..

Ugh I am so freaking angry I spend plenty of money in that store and I feel like they should try to help their customers out better. I feel like I have to fight to receive the credit card benefits that they advertise!

I am tempted to cancel the credit card or just cut it up and not shop there again

If you did get an expired one, I'd think it would be worth taking it to the store with the post-marked envelope it came in, but that's not really a solution.

When I have a problem unresolved I will call back and talk to a different customer service rep. Works like a charm!

I always call back when I get some clueless customer service person. When you call back make sure it is not a peak time, so they have lots of time to help you.
