I don't know much about electronics, so here is my question. Can I buy a regular car tape adapter, (like one you would use with a portable CD player), and plug that in to my iPod shuffle? Just wondering since we are going on a road trip and it would be great. TIA

YES!! At least you can with the Ipod video....so I dont see why you couldn't with a shuffle.....which reminds me my brother borrowed it and I need to go get it back!!!!

Well you can use any headphones so I would think the cassette adapter would work too.
