My neighbor is taking his wife to New York for her B-day. She had mentioned to him that on the View there were these people that would pick you up at the hotel and they would take you into the guts of New York where the best deals were. Did anyone see the show on this? He was wondering on how or who to contact. This isn't a tour it was just for you and the people with you.

Sounds like an episode of Sex and the City. Where was it that Carrie & Samantha went to buy purses out of the back of a car?? LOL I am not a NY shopper but I vote that if they pick them up in a van with blacked out windows and the shopping is all in back alleys with secret passwords required...they are going to be buying fake stuff that they could easily buy on the streets anyway.
