I'm looking to vacation in Barbados and know nothing about the resorts there; if anyone out there has been and would like to share their experience or if anyone knows resorts/hotels that are fab...please help.

DH and I went there on our honeymoon, almost 18 years ago. We had planned to go to St. Thomas (Frenchman's Reef), but the hurricane in the fall of '89 changed those plans. It was along time ago and I'm sure things have changed, but we absolutely loved it. It was very clean, very safe, and beautiful. We stayed at a place called Glitter Bay...I'm sure it's changed names now probably. It was a place definitely for couples back then...I didn't see many singles. If you decide to go there, report back! I'm curious what it's like now. Have a great trip! ~Lisa
