| Hidden Camera??
Has anyone ever bought one? the tiny type that aren't really noticeable?? I have a friend who's husband has become abusive etc..She's in the process of divorce ..She was thinking of placing one in her home, should she need "proof " of any of his "actions" in the future..thanks

I'm in Louisiana and the law here is that you can record a conversation with your spouse (as long as you're legally married) without them knowing. I'm pretty sure that goes for video too. I had to record phone conversations with my ex and I played the threatening ones for the judge. I got EVERYTHING I asked for.

I think it depends on the state as to legality....I know some states only ONE of the people being recorded needs to be in the "know" for it to be legal.....so, as long as she is one of those on the tape in those particular states it is legal.......
