I wrote this poem today and would like to get some 'nuetral' opinions. So, give it a read and tell me honestly what you think. If flowers grow in the Heavens above, Please pick a bunch for me. And shower my friends and family with their beauty and love, Remind them that someday, together, we all shall be. Place the beauty in their hand. Let every breath they take, be as refreshing as the pure fresh cut scent. Take them to the fields where their long green stems stand, Place their wonderful growth in their hearts so they’ll know just what their presence meant. Let them walk softy through the petals and guide their way, Tell them I love them, And when they return the sentiment with a smile, Let them feel the ways we miss them. I ask that you hold them close for a while. Their special memories will never go away, Just as every flower is different, each one’s beauty will remain On earth or in heaven, they are with us everyday. And someday soon, we’ll meet again as true love will always sustain. Just as the heaven’s flowers shall never die, Your memory and spirit will not pass us by. By: Dalton Mama 04/12/07
