Having to scroll back & forth, too...

Just started today, but I, too, have to scroll back and forth to read the whole line of a message...so you aren't the only one.

Me, too, and I never had to do this before. Why has it changed? It's kind of annoying...

My version of XP has a zoom icon at the bottom right hand corner.I have it set to 75% and have my Reset Zoom level unchecked in Advanced Internet Options ,so no problems here.Might want to check your Internet Explorer bar for a zoom option.

I have XP and my zoom level is set at 100% but I'm not having problems reading posts.

On another forums board where I go I have found if someone has posted a digital photograph then I have to scroll back and forth to read, but only on that thread.

I'm fine today at work. At home I think that my font size is larger than here at work. At home I use AT&T DSL.

I have the same problem. It's only this website for me. I've tried adjusting the font size, but that doesn't help.

I'm using Firefox.

Have you all tried logging out, clearing your temporary internet files and cookies and then logging back in?

Unless they have the zoom option in Internet Explorer, the only way they could fix this is if they increased their screen resolution ,whch they shouldn't have to do just for one site.Hopefully Mycoupons can eventually fix this.

I have a 19 inch screen, too, and I'm STILL having this problem.

This is obviously something with this site. It's not happening anywhere else.

So... my post about troubles logging in got moved to the Help Desk. Does this one qualify??? LOL.

Maybe techs can help the ones in this thread.

I know that I shouldn't feel offended when my posts get moved but they get moved all the time and so I'm constantly lost.

The reason why some people have to scroll and some not is because of resolution size your computer is running. They designed the site recently to a higher resolution. If you change your resolution to a higher one you won't have to scroll.

This was posted by Chelmo on the Help Desk. I'm pasting the info here for everyone and I'm going to close the thread.

Since clearing your cookies and tempory internet forums didn't work, you should contact tecnical support.

*~To submit a technical problem email help@mycoupons.com

*~ Important ~ Give a full detailed description of the problem your experiencing and the error message, if possible.

*~Supply your Username when submitting technical problems and your current email address.

*~ It also is helpful when contacting the technical team aside from supplying the info stated above, to also include what type of browser you are using and version.
