I have been a Mystery Shopper for many years now. Volition.com is a great place to start. Be prepared to write some scenarios like best/worst shopping experiences on your online applications. I simply cut & paste the information from a Word document that I had prepared. I do not perform as many shops as I used to becaise I live in a pretty rural area. To make it worth my while, I found that I needed to perform about 5 shops in a day. Unfortunately, the pay has dropped somewhat -- so I have been refusing many offers. I did not find that it was a way to make much money, but did enjoy many dinners with my DH as a mystery shopper. You can also get certifications that will help you to be more appealing to companies. I am sure it is listed on volition. Just don't pay a company to become a mystery shopper. That is a scam.
