Hi all! Its been years since I've been to a place like this and we're taking our dd for her 16th. I'm not sure what the general consensus is for tipping. Do you tip the chef as well as the waitstaff? Or just add the 20% at the end? Thanks!

We always just tip the waiter/ waitress.

at the hibachi we go to you tip the wait person and they share it with the chef and busser

Proud to say I haven't shopped at a Wal-Mart since Sept 2003

We tip the chef there b/c he is giving you a "show" as well as your dinner. Then we tip the waitress at the end. I'm sure your prepared to spend, so we usually throw the chef a $20 and the waitress is 15% plus anything else if she has been really attentive.
