Question O.K., so who thinks this is gross?

I am hitting the Gym hard Ladies!! I have only 18 days left til I am sitting in the Keys with my drink in hand watching the sunset off the bow of the boat!!! Okay, and some of you may remember my Lo (low) carb. diet post that had some ppl freaked out b/c instead of Lo I accidently put No!!

To get to the gross part is this I am doing three, 1, 2, 3 hours of excersizing a day. Hour and a half in the morning and hour and a half in the evening. I am sweating like a pig!! I have 3 children and I have enough laundry to do as it is.......SO I've been wearing the same outfit to workout in! (in my own home we have our own "Gym" in the house) Then I throw it in the basket to be washed later and start with a new workout outfit in the morning.

So, thats my question......Is it gross to wear the same outfit, in your house, to the "gym" to workout. My DH thinks its DISGUSTING.....this is the man that throws his dirty underwear on my vanity when he gets in the shower!!

I think it's gross but I REALLY sweat so it would probably still be damp in the evening which would give me the heebie jeebies....BUT, if it's okay with you, it's your bod!

Men!! I swear! IMHO, no it's not gross. To me, it's worse to put the dirty underwear on my vanity than to do what you're doing.

When you are the mom and you are the one that has to do the laundry, it is not gross, it is smart. With 3 kids I am just thinking you are lucky to have time to change out of it after your first workout and not STILL have it one by the time your last workout is done.

No, it is not gross. My DH wears his exercise shorts more than once since he only has three pairs that he likes and he exercises every day. I made the mistake once of sniffing a pair that was laying in the floor of the closet to see if they needed to be washed - OMG I almost threw up - now I just throw them in when I'm doing the laundry, clean or dirty - no more sniffing for me.
