Secretaries Day Suggestions

Ok, so there are two people working in our office right now. Our dispatcher/Lifesaver/Office Manager: Jeannie who works HARD..and is so devoted to me and my husband (it's our business). she has become a great friend to me.
Her daughter is currently working P/T for us now as well.

I have been unable to work for 2 months now due to complications from my Gastric Bypass, and this woman is saving my life by holding down the fort.

With that, I have no idea what to get her. I know her daughter, I could probably give a Gift Certificate to a local fave restaurant that they both frequent, and maybe some candies or flowers sent.

But Jeannie needs something very very special. I've brought her back Diamond Earrings from our cruise last year, and she never wears them. I've bought her clothes/purses for Christmas and birthday and she never wears them..you see a pattern. I just want to give her something she will appreciate and use. I would like DH to take them both to dinner, as I am unable to eat much now, but she needs a gift, and I am CLUELESS..looking for some suggestions..She wouldn't use a spa, doesn't get her nails done anymore, doesn't use the same hairstylist everytime (always finds something wrong with EVERY haircut). Thanks for any help you can give me.

A bonus.
A raise.
A weekend getaway at a hotel.
Flowers.
Prearrange maid service to come to her house.
Have her favorite restaurant deliver lunch or dinner to your office or home.
Have a massage place come to your office to pamper her.
A nice radio for her desk.
An American Express Gift Card so she can use it for whatever she needs.
If she does not have a cell phone get her one of the pay as you go phones for emergencies.
Get her favorite chocolates with flowers and balloons.

Just a suggestion from someone who is a secretary. How about a Visa card loaded with a certain amount of money (say $20, $50, $100 - whatever you think she is worth). I got one of these from my dept. this year for Christmas and I absolutely loved it. It left my options open that I could spend it pretty much anywhere I wanted. Instead of making one big purchase, I made several smaller purchases at various different places and bought me a few things that I normally don't buy for myself. Also, a card with your expressions of appreciation personally written in it would mean the world to her I am sure.

*Does she have a hobby? Scrapbooking or something?
* A decent camera
*I got a gift basket once that had a box of spaghetti, sauce, and loaf of fresh Italian bread, and other stuff to go along with the dinner theme. I loved it.
*I would disagree with the massage in the office. If she won't go to the spa, she might not appreciate a massage. Although most people love massages, there are some of us that don't. I have very sensitive skin and hate having someone touch me. JMO

I like the MasterCard/Visa idea. She should be able to use that anywhere.

Some good idea's...thanks. I do give her a bonus every few weeks actually, for all she's been doing "extra". She does have a cell phone (Nextel) and we pay for it, as she uses it to keep in touch w/ the guys at work.

I'll probably opt for the Visa Gift Card, and some nice flowers. I'll also give her daughter some flowers, and a gift card for the restaurant, I think.

Her birthday was a few weeks back and DH got her a Vermont Teddy Bear w/ a "lifesaver" buoy on it, and we gave her 300 cash to spend. I asked that she use that to pay the woman that cleans her house, for a few weeks, but I doubt she used it for that. But that's ok.
