Question Are there any safe diet pills out?

and work? I am starting a new diet this week and I have debating taking some sort of diet pill to help. Any suggestions for ones that work or even ones to stay away from? I know I need to exercise more of course and eat better but I was hoping to find something to take the pounds off a little faster.

Thanks for any info!

I would go see your Dr. first. I wouldn't take any of the OTC stuff they sell in the stores. Your Dr. can put you on a program that may include some type of appetite suppressant along with a food program and exercise. Your insurance will probably cover it and you can be monitored by a professional.

I would do that but I don't have insurance and so no regular doctor either.
