Thought I would start this thread just out of curiousity, lol. No other reason really.

Tell me what 'scents' you like and dislike. Any kind, not necessarily air freshners.

My Likes:
Love the smell of coffee (although I dont like the taste)
Coconut
peaches
strawberries
cake baking in the oven
fresh spaghetti cooking
Gas, the fuel kind, hahaha
wood burning
grilling'


My Dislikes:
cant stand lavendar & jasmine
cant stand 'over bearing' perfume on men & women
Turnip Salad cooking - STINKS to high heaven!!
public bathrooms
fresh cut yards (mainly because of my allergies)
mildew
grease like old used cooking grease / oil
medicines
and of course the normal "funky" stuff

I don't really like any kind of flowery perfume or lotion smells, although I do like fresh flowers!

I like natural scents like fruits and what people are cooking, flowers, grass, a baby etc.
I do like essential oils and natural frangrances. I love subtle perfumes when you get a whiff of them, White Diamonds, Chanel, Obsession, many of the well known ones that have been around for a while. But I can't stand it when someone is drowning in smell. Gasp--almost worse than cigarette smoke in your face.

I do not like scented products. I use unscented. I cannot stand those scented candles or plug in things or any of that stuff. It literally makes me physically ill, both from the scent and from the constant breathing in and coating my lungs receive from that nasty stuff.

I don't like scented sprays either. They are horrendous.

I know exactly what smell you're talking about. We smell it here too when the wind blows this way, and it is nasty. Luckily, we don't seem to smell that odor as much since the paper mill in Port St. Joe closed, but I think we still get it from Perry every once in a while.

How funny. You could have written my list. The same likes and dislikes and the same allergies. The only thing I might add are lemons and the smell of a baby.
