Red face Ok.....you helped my migraines..ready to tackle my snoring?

This wonderful group helped me with my migraines (thank you, thank you, thank you), so I thought this wonderful group could help with my snoring.

My DH snores too and we are used to each other so it is usually not a problem. I am taking a trip with several women and will be staying in the same room as 3 of them, so I would like to, at least, quiet my snoring a bit.

Anyone have "tried and true" remedies?

geez, are we married to the same man?????????????????? I hate it when he wakes me up in the middle of the night and I can't get back to sleep because of his snoring. And he says the DOG is annoying to sleep with????? The other night, I woke up around 3am and never went back to sleep-I was too tired to go down and sleep on the couch.....

I don't have any suggestions for your snoring. Hopefully someone will come up w/ something good.

Pass out complimentary foam earplugs when you get to the room and let them know, right up front, what they are in for. Maybe they will chip in to get you your own room.

My husband also snores, but it turns out he had sleep apnea. I would suggest going for a sleep apnea evaluation. It may be more deeper than "just snoring". He now sleeps with a cPap machine and I don't have to hear it anymore.
