what is your specialty to make(cooking)

What are you known for that everyone asks for. Mine would have to be Spinach artichoke dip.

Well nobody but my family eats my cooking, but my husband always asks for the lentil soup (maybe more of a stew?) that I make.

Well I go through phases. It used to be chicken enchiladas and I literally would have to make about four pans because I had to call everyone to come over or they would hear I made them and get mad because they weren't invited.
I go through phases of stuffed shells and grilled salmon (in the summer)
Right now my specialty is probably baked salmon that is usually what I make on weekends when we eat together (during week he works graveyard).

Posole... It is a Mexican stew that has pork and hominy plus seasonings. So easy to make! I always do a couple of extra pork chops on the grill one night and then a few nights later, we have posole. Yum.

I guess the one thing I don't really mess up when cooking is lasagna. I can make that and it turns out right every time. Everything else usually comes out wrong .

I make a chocolate cake that is the hit of the whole neighborhood. If I show up at a function without it, my neighbors say, "Get out. Don't come back without it." And, it's so hilarious to me because it's only a dark chocolate cake mix baked in a bundt pan. Then I take a can of the dark chocolate frosting and microwave it for 30 seconds and pour it over the top so it's all gooey and luscious!!! Mmmmm...

No, I don't put marshmallows in it. I've never heard of it made that way, sounds interesting. It's basically just a really really moist chocolate cake with a hint of Coke flavor.

It's just like an egg roll, but with pizza fillings instead. I use the egg roll wrappers you find in the salad section of the grocery store. Fill with whatever you'd like (I normally use sauce, cheese and pepperoni...picky kids ya know ) and roll up egg roll fashion. You can deep fry these or bake them. If you bake them, spray a bit of cooking spray on top to make them more crispy.

Italian cookies...
I call it a labor of love. I make them for christmas and family weddings. People have said I should open a bakery and sell them, but I could never do that. They are very labor intensive and time consuming. I enjoy making them and wouldn't be allowed in the house on Christmas Eve if I didn't have a giant tray full of cookies.

Maybe you are thinking of a Mississippi Mud Cake? It is almost like a really moist brownie with marshmallows and fudgy icing on top. My FAVORITE!!!

my kids ask for : quiche, crepe suzette(as my 5 year old would say: the crepes on fire) or my toblerrone chocolate mousse.french king cake.....
in my ds lunchbox today: quiche ,chocolate souffle with sweet whip cream and strawberries.
I love to cook....and can't wait to start dinner:salmon mousse with squash on a bed of green lettuce with a balsamique lemon vinaigrette.and for dessert:a half- frozen blackbery mousse.
