Tomorrow we have soccer pictures and a game in the afternoon. The morning will be spent mowing, edging, pulling weeds, and planting some annuals. I am thinking red pentas and yellow marigolds.

Tomorrow night we have a party to go to and Sunday we are doing the beach. ( With my NEW bathing suit!)

We have a busy weekend on tap. Tonight I am going to a scrapbooking crop from 6pm - 10 pm and my oldest DS is having a friend spend the night. Tomorrow morning....early...my oldest and his friend have to be at football practice....then my middle DS has his first indoor soccer game at 10:30 and my youngest DS has baseball camp from 12pm - 5pm. Then we are having about 15 guys from my husband's class (he is in the Advanced Course to make him elgible for his next promotion...military thing) are coming over for dinner and to play cards. WOW...I am already worn out just from thinking about it all!!!

Yard work, house work, a birthday party and hopefully some quality time with my 1 and 2 year old babies!!

Painting, painting, and then when i get bored a little more painting As a child my mom always told me to leave a place better than I found it. Plus the landlords renovations had this place looking kinda ghetto. We'll be moving out next weekend . I don't want to take any chances during the week with paint fumes or chemicals around the baby .so this weekend will be my last chance to get this place sparkling again. The next tenants will be some lucky people. Crazy thing is our new apartment isn't half as nice I'll be doing twice as much work on the new place. Good thing I love manual labor. Wish me luck

We have a softball game tonight and then tomorrow are oldest runs her very first 5K and then we are off to our family reunion that will last a couple of days! Are you tired just reading it? I am tired just thinking about it! We have had a LONG week already and no time to relax this weekend. If it weren't so close to the school year being through I would let the girls stay home on Monday!

Tonight we're ordering pizza and watching "The Queen". Tomorrow both my dd's have a dance competition and then Sunday youngest has softball practice. We're also meeting with another realtor Sunday since our current contract is up Monday and the house hasn't sold yet. Probably Sunday we'll mow both yards (we closed on our new house 6 weeks ago and still haven't sold our old house so we haven't moved yet).

Getting the house and my husband ready for his trip next week. Lawn is looking like a jungle already and I don't do lawns and he needs to pick out his clothes and pack. He has an interview on Monday morning, he probably already "has" the job since my brother (who just got hired there) said once they move on to the face-to-face interview, you're in... and they SKIPPED the phone interview, wanted to move right on to face-to-face! So we're going to be living apart for a few months, then once we get this house fixed up (we're renting from my parent's, don't want to leave it as-is!) we'll move down. Fortunately he can stay with my brother and he lives like 5 minutes from the job so this shouldn't cost us much extra (plus the pay is much better than up here with the hour and a half commute LOL).

Can you tell I'm excited? I've been looking at rental houses for a couple weeks now!

Saturday I'm going to a 10am-10pm scrapbooking crop. I doubt I'll be able to make it the entire time! The weather is supposed to be nice this weekend so I'm sure the rest will be spent cleaning and mulching flower beds and mowing grass.

Well, tonight, Brandon has a friend spending the night. We are all going to cookout in a little while. A friend of mine is coming over to eat with us, then help Scott and I paint some more!

Tomorrow, I have a couple of kids from youth group coming over to help paint in the morning, then Brandon has a soccer game at noon. In the afternoon, more painting (Aren't we fun?). Sunday is church, then hopefully Sunday afternoon, a nap. LOL I need to take Nicole bathing suit shopping at some point this weekend, which I dread.

This afternoon we are supposed to go see the movie "Hot Fuzz" (Sean of the Dead is one of my favorite movies), go out shopping a bit & grab something to eat.

Tomorrow I plan on doing laundry & planning out some of the stuff I want my class to do next week. We are doing some science experiments, and I want to teach them a bit of Latin. Thought it would be something to spice up the end of the year.

Got the news yesterday after 27 years of marriage that my husband hates coming home and wants a divorce. He has been on several depression meds none works = side effects were bad and I knew we weren't happy but I didn't think it was that bad. He says the divorce will be friendly our daughter is 21. I am sleeping in the spare bedroom and when I told him that he just shook his head. Thinks I am over reacting.

Here is what I thought we were going to do - go to breakfast w/friends, attend a flea market and then go to our farm and spend the night and come back Sunday to our house in the city.

Getting new tires on your van at Sams(hubby there now) then dropping it off for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment at Firestone, I will pick hubby up there and we will go to Lowes and look at tomato plants. Is is to early to plant tomatos?? I am doing sheets and mattress covers this morning. Picking up the yard after the big wind and rain yesterday and just mess around the house and go to the food store.

ghound, I'm sorry to hear about what's going on. Have you talked about this in length? Is going to a counselor an option? Do you think he's seeing someone else? Did he say WHY he's unhappy? I'm just asking these questions because I've been though this...but I was the one who wasn't happy anymore. There has to be more to this. I am so very sorry. You are in my prayers.--Marilou

We work on weekends but this one should be fun. It is the 25th annual River Run in Laughlin NV. They are expecting 70,000 bikers. I think they are a little optimistic. This is the 18th River Run that I have worked through and it's good to see some of our guests that we only see once a year.
When "our" weekend rolls around I hope to get a day off to goof. We have been working very hard on the house and things are finally coming together. The air conditioning is being finished up today and next week starts the roof.
