Does anyone know the pluses of drinking this? I just bought some and feel soo much better. ( I had a horrible head cold) is it just me or is this a natural healer or something?

I don't know if it works for everyone but I find it keeps me very regular if ya know what I mean. I also feel a general sense of well being if I have a cup every morning. I have slacked off as it is getting warm here and our new air conditioner is just being installed today. Time to get back to it.
