Frozen Coffee

I figured out the secret to frozen coffee...freeze the coffee! I read this online...freeze your leftover coffee in ice cube trays and blend with milk, cream, sweetener, sugar, whatever you want. It turned out really yummy! Keep in mind that you might have to keep adding liquid to help it blend.

Ooh, I hadn't thought of that! That sounds like another thing I shouldn't drink, and probably will.

This term comes from the latin "cafe leftovercus" meaning too much coffee, too little time.

Wow, what a great idea! I've been looking for a way to break myself off of those frappucinos at Starbucks. I'll make them at home with frozen coffee!

I saw this post yesterday and sounds like something I will try but thought I'd let you all know that I also tried mixing chocolate ice cream with left over coffee from yesterday morning. Yummmy!! I'm sure it would have been even better with coffee ice cubes!
