More progress.....

We finished the entire kitchen finally. Whew! What a pain in the butt to pull out the fridge and stove and paint behind it! I took the first two photos in the morning, and the 2nd two photos in the evening-- just so you can see the difference.

Is that the same color as you used for the accent wall in the living room?

I think I have over used Scott. We are both are so tired. The kitchen was really difficult because we had to move so much stuff. We might take a few days off before we start the dining room. It's amazing what a $18 can of paint can do! LOL

I love the color you've painted yours. Do you mind sharing the color and what brand of paint? You've given me an idea for my kitchen! We're doing room by room. We did the guest bedroom last spring and then last fall we did the livingroom/tv area which has tall ceilings. Now I want to paint our kitchen. Then next on the list is our master bedroom and bath. It is amazing what a can of paint can do to a room, isn't it?

Thanks guys!

sher218 and mom2twins2,

The taupe looking color is called "Pony Tail" (C15-3) by Olympic paint in the Satin finish, and the brown is called "Southern Wood" also by Olympic, also in the Satin finish. I purchased the paint from Lowes.
