Hi, sorry if this isn't ok to post in this forum. I'm more of a lurker than anything and really enjoy reading everyone's posts. I'm hoping someone can help me out.

My husband started his business a little while back and I am wondering if there is a way to keep a lookout for those people that don't pay their bills. I know sometimes bankruptcy is something that someone has to do, but I am looking at those who abuse the system just to get out of paying their bills.

With so many kinds of public record sites out there, I didn't know if there was some kind of public site that showed people that have filed bankruptcy in the past or not, I'm just trying to keep an eye on the business to make sure we don't end up taking the fall for someone else who cannot pay their bill they rack up.
