Which one is a good makeup brand?

Hi there

Just wanted to ask the beautiful females out there, what brand of makeup do you use? I use Revlon/Loreal and I still breakout a lot.

Any experts to help or answer this please?

Bare Escentuals or Bare Minerals work the best for me.

I use Mary Kay and Clinique. My favorite is the Turnaround Cream from Clinique. I can't believe how much firmer my skin is since I started using it.

I break out with most of them, so I use Physician Formula or Clinique

Yet another Bare Minerals fan here! I've been using it for almost 3 years and I just LOVE it! Although, for mascara, I use Maybelline's Full & Soft mascara.

Bare Minerals for the past 3 years...love it! and I have tried everything! The new night time Rare Minerals...WOW! Expensive but for me worth every $$ My break outs are virtually over! I buy on ebay and have found things to be a bit cheaper.

Everyday Minerals for face, Pure Luxe for odd stuff, and Smashbox and ELF for all sorts of things. Smashbox is really expensive, but the site has a mark-down section. ELF is REALLY cheap, but mostly good.

Talking

I am a HUGE Bare Minerals fan. I have severe roscea and have to take a pill for it everyday or my skin has major redness and sensitivity problems. My skin LOVES the mineral products. I have tried a few different brands, and my favorite is Bare Minerals because their colors match my skin tone the best. It gives great coverage and doesn't melt off during the day like liquid foundations.

I also buy it on Ebay from reputable dealers. It's much cheaper even with postage.

Hugs, Donna

The necessities are Lancome (blush); Prescriptives (lip gloss, bronzer); Rimmel (eye liner, makeup remover); Aveda (lip tints); MAC (foundation; powder) and i have lots of eye shadows and lipsticks from different brands for when the mood strikes.

I'm not a big make-up person, but I do have to say that I prefer Almay. Mostly because it is not scented like some of the other brands out there. I like their undereye concealer and face lotion/sunscreen. Mascara/eyeliner/eyeshadow usually change every time I shop . . .

Whatever is free after ecb and coupons!!
Right now I am using covergirl clean pressed powder
Maybelline eyeshadow
Clinique free purse-sized sample of duo highlight blush (did a free makeover got a free blush duo!!)
Loreal lipstick
and then at night I wash it all off with almay face products (eye makeup remover and their bar soap)
If I use mascara (can't stand the stuff...love the look hate the stickiness and I have tried everything!!) currently, I have covergirl in the big pink and green container and it has to be waterproof because my eyes tear up alot for some odd reason...it's a pregnancy thing!!
HTH~by the way, I don't generally break out but I do get clogged pores and I have the sugar scrub from bbw that takes care of that!
