Question Do you have any home made products that you swear by?

I make facial scrub with sugar and olive oil... I love it..

I've been keeping baking soda in a small container by the shower. In the mornings when I feel like my face needs a little extra attention, I will use a little on my hands and face for an exfoliant. My face always feels so soft afterwards.

I do the same thing with the baking soda but I also mix a small amount with my shampoo once a week to get all the pruduct build-up out of my hair and it works well.

Use olive oil as a hand lotion at bedtime. I wear white gloves, and in the morning my hands and cuticles are great!!! You can use it during the day too, but just use it sparingly.

May I ask what EVOO is? I've seen this mentioned someplace else, but not sure what it is. Thanks

I use vinegar for lots of cleaning including windows, coffee pot ,etc
also if you acquire an old chrome appliance that has all the old build up on it use fine steelwool and rubbing alcohol and it shines like new

I also use vinegar to clean lots of things. My favorite homemade item is the soap that DH has been making for years. He makes wonderful soap and I feel so spoiled because it's really high quality and I'd have to pay beaucoup bucks for it if I had to buy the same thing in a boutique.
